Deputy Loses Taser Lawsuit

A federal judge has ruled in favor of the Hamilton County sheriff’s department in a former employee’s (deputy’s) lawsuit filed after the employee (deputy) was fired for refusing to be shocked by a Taser as part of a training session. For more details, please click here.
