SB 0590 Immigration: Indiana Proposes Arizona Style Immigration Bill

Indiana Republican Senator Mike Delph is proposing an Arizona style Immigration bill. He says it isn’t racial profiling at all. Although, I wonder how police will know someone is an illegal alien? Is it because they can’t speak English or if they are non-white?

I didn’t know that Indiana had a serious problem with illegals crossing the border and coming into Indiana. The hearing is today at 3:30pm in the Senate Chambers.
