This coming Saturday, September 23rd at 10 am, Sophie interviews Jade Solano from Nexxus Movement. Nexxus Movement teaches pole dancing classes here in Indianapolis.
Jade Solano began her pole journey in 2018. It gave her strength and confidence in ways she hadn’t been open to before. Pole dancing created a beautiful way for her to express her sensual self and strength.
Over the years Jade has taken classes at different studios across the world, learning and building her own style.
Jade is an avid believer in “every BODY”- meaning that every “BODY” has the power to build strength, confidence and power through movement. Jade is now the Pole Fitness Alliance Master trainer of Indiana.

kèo nhà cái dạo này thấy mọi người nói nhiều nên mình cũng ghé thử cho biết. Mình không rành kiểu phân tích kèo kĩ đâu, chủ yếu xem thông tin có dễ đọc và cập nhật có nhanh không. Vào trang thấy họ làm bảng tỷ lệ theo kiểu nhìn khá “thoáng”, lướt xuống là thấy ngay mấy trận đang có biến động chứ không bị chữ nghĩa dày đặc. Mình cũng để ý mấy tiêu đề nội dung chia khối rõ ràng, kiểu giới thiệu ngắn gọn với phần tỷ lệ hôm nay tách riêng nên không phải bấm qua lại nhiều. Nói chung cảm giác dùng nhẹ nhàng, mở lên là nắm được cái mình cần, đặc…
